Vendors and suppliers of South Australian Government agencies can track the expected timeframes of their invoice payments using MyInvoice. Please allow 5 business days for your invoice to be received and scanned into the MyInvoice database.

Received an EFT payment but unsure which invoices have been paid? You can now input the payment number and your ABN into the search tool below to view a list of all associated invoices.

MyInvoice is available to supported SA Government Agencies only.

When an invoice is sent for payment, it goes through the Invoice Payment Lifecycle.

To use MyInvoice to track your invoice payments, enter your Australian Business Number (ABN) and Invoice Number into the form below. Before using MyInvoice:

  • Check your ABN and invoice number
  • Allow 5 business days for your invoice to be received and scanned into the MyInvoice database
  • Search will return all invoices in progress and any invoices paid in the last 90 days
  • Try searching without your invoice number.
