Shared Services SA payroll customers can track their payroll requests using MyPayroll. Please note MyPayroll currently tracks the following requests:

  • New Starter
  • Transfer
  • Termination.

When you submit a payroll request, it goes through a number of stages:

Requests are typically completed within 10 business days (refer to service levels for specific timeframes), although this can vary depending on payroll cut-off dates and the future scheduling of requests.

To use MyPayroll to track your payroll requests, enter your Employee ID and select your sector on the form below.

Please Note: South Australia Police payroll requests are not available on MyPayroll.

Enter your Employee Number

Employee number should be a maximum of 8 characters.

Select your Sector



*Employee numbers are required to be input in the same format as on the payslip e.g. include any leading zeroes.

Press the Submit button once only. Your payroll requests will then be displayed.
