New search capability for MyInvoice

Shared Services SA has enhanced the search capability of the online tool that allows SA Government vendors and suppliers to quickly check the status of their invoice payments, MyInvoice.

Following feedback from our customers, a new function has been added to MyInvoice to enable users to search by an EFT payment number.

This means vendors and suppliers who have received a payment processed by Shared Services SA on behalf of the SA Government – but are unsure which invoices have been paid – can now input the 12-digit EFT payment number (found in the banking transaction description) and their ABN into the search tool to retrieve a list of all invoices associated with the remittance.

This additional functionality will enable vendors and suppliers to easily check the invoice details of payments that have been deposited into their bank account, without the need to wait for the EFT remittance advice.

This new improvement follows the enhancements made earlier this year to provide an optimised experience for tablet and smartphone users.
