Payroll Services set up access to HR21 self-service via the new employee process

Getting started

HR21 self-service is the primary mechanism for employees to:

  • Access payslips, replacing emailed and hard copy versions

  • View and generate payment summaries prior to 2020/21 financial year

  • Access leave balances

  • Update personal information including bank details and certain voluntary deductions

Department for Education - Reset your password through the education portal
SA Police - Access is only from inside the SAPOL network, copy and paste the SAPOL-HR21 link in your SAPOL network browser

How to

Access HR21 self service:

  1. From the Home page, select and login to your Agency's HR21

  2. The HR21 application will launch

  3. Enter your username and password

  4. Select 'Login'
