There are two distinct New Generation Basware (NG) login options.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Login and Password system link

Our Systems Support team reset current generation Basware (CG) passwords for: 

  1. SA Health (Invoice Processing)

  2. *SA Govt (Purchase Management and Invoice Processing)

If you are unsure which option you use - contact your agency ICT Service Desk *A change to a password impacts all your Basware user logons

 

How to

Reset your New Generation Basware (NG) password

Reset your Current Generation Basware (CG) password

  1. Single Sign-On (SSO) users access New Generation Basware (NG) instructions
  1. On the lock out message, click the link on the lock out screen to contact Systems Support, or navigate to the 'Get in touch' section on this page, select your Agency from the drop-down to view contact details

  2. Contact Systems Support

  3. Systems Support will validate your access and reply via email with a temporary (single use) password

  4. When you access Basware you will be prompted to set a *new password
