Request a copy of an invoice

You will need:

  • Name of the SA Government agency (who billed you)

  • Invoice/Customer number

  • Your email address

Providing the above information allows our teams to look up your unique details and provide a speedy response. The easiest and quickest way to contact us is via email.

  2. Use the drop-down list

  3. Select the agency who is requesting payment (details on tax invoice)

  4. Email our Accounts Receivable team

A copy of your tax invoice will be sent by return email.
